Synopsis

+ Klaus seems to be the only person to remember the children’s TV show that haunts his life. After searching, he finds others with vague memories of it, and then manages to find a copy for himself. He uncovers some unresolved trauma, one that is rare enough that he has trouble finding people who share it. Suddenly, he is launched by some higher power through a series of moments where he is forced to confront his past, present and future. +

+ He meets Sister, who is cruel and kind in equal amounts, drawing him into her arms and then pushing him away. They talk about god and the connection they share through them. He also meets the creature, who acts kindly to him and seems to understand too much. He has experienced Klaus’ trauma, and is emerging from the other side. They talk about the complicated nature of their relationship, and The Creature offers their advice. +

+ He also meets the puppet, who frustrates him for reasons he can’t quite discern. The Puppet is innocent, but his words cut through Klaus like a knife. He challenges Klaus on his self worth. Things slowly become more absurd for Klaus. +

They talk about their situation, acknowledging its abnormality. The creature finally understands that it is about themself now, and the relationship it has with Klaus is not necessarily healthy. +
